About the Series...

Entre Amigos is an ongoing Spanish-language program produced by KSMQ. The series focuses on a variety of topics and feature expert guests sharing their personal experiences in a friendly and uplifting setting. Entre Amigos goes beyond issues affecting daily life, focusing on the unique stories of people in our community.

Please note: Entre Amigos alternates every other Friday with Diversity Connections.

Our special guest on this episode is Hiedy Morey. Hiedy was born and raised in Red Lakes Falls, MN. She lives in Austin and is a Spanish teacher at Austin Public Schools. Hiedy  shares with us a little bit of her personal story and explains how knowing a second language brings many opportunities to her daily life. In the second part of our show, Hiedy prepares one of her favorite breakfast recipes: french toast with strawberries. Don't miss this tasty treat.
