About the Series...
Health tends to be a controversial, yet very important topic in the media. Everywhere people turn, there is a new study, a new treatment, or a new medicine to cure the common cold. Certain foods are shown to help prevent cancer but are bad for brain health, while others are good for your heart but not good for other parts.
Please note: The views expressed by the host are expressly the opinion of the speaker and do not indicate any position of another organization, medical system, or employer.
