About Fitness Connections

Fitness Connections host Greg Lappin talked in-depth with guest experts from the area about the particular topic and then gave the audience the opportunity to call in and ask questions during the live taping of the program. The discussions covered a wide range of topics, including the basics of a healthy diet and weight control to tips solving back problems. The series was designed for people who want to make changes in their lives leading to a better, healthier lifestyle.

Special Thanks
We extend our gratitude to the following businesses who made valuable contributions toward the development of the Fitness Connections series: the Albert Lea YMCA, provided use of their facilities used in the Fit Tips segments; the Rochester Athletic Club, provided use of the exercise materials on the set.
