Monthly Pay: Making KSMQ Affordable for Everyone

KSMQ Kids & Families Club

KSMQ wants to make our KSMQ Kids & Families Club membership manageable for every family. As such, we offer the option of making a monthly payment of $10.00 after the initial $30.00 contribution is made.

By making the upfront payment, your child will not have to wait to begin receiving the tangible benefits associated with being a member of this great club! Your membership process begins by simply completing our online membership form.

These payments will begin the following month on or about the 5th of the month and will continue until you notify KSMQ. Join today, it's simple, safe and secure.
