KSMQ Public Television produced a 30-minute program discussing the illegal drug problem in our area. DRUG STORM: Youth Drug Abuse in Mower and Freeborn Counties.

DRUG STORM: Hear from two local recovering addicts who are turning their lives around.


The program offers expert information about the illegal drug trade in Mower and Freeborn counties. Two recovering heroin addicts--one from Austin, the other from Albert Lea--share their stories. Featured panel experts are Dr. Michael Brunner, Clinical Director of Fountain Centers in Albert Lea, and Debra Schmitt, Mower County Probation Officer.
