Board Meetings
The Board of Directors of KSMQ Public Service Media Inc. license holder of
KSMQ-TV, meet six times a year to review and approve policies for the
operations of KSMQ. Anyone interested in attending one of those meetings

KSMQ Public Service Media, Inc. is governed by a ten-member Board of Directors
that is responsible for policy development and general oversight of KSMQ enterprises.
The board meets six times per year and officers are elected annually. KSMQ continues
to work to ensure that its board reflects the community it serves. Anyone interested in
being considered for a role on the station board or any other committees should contact Sandra Session-Robertson, KSMQ President and CEO.
